At I Do Prenup, we’re a team of legal, tech and relationship nerds who believe that caring for your future is one of the most romantic things you can do. After years of seeing couples struggle through expensive, confusing legal processes, we built a better way, one that’s clear, affordable, and completely drama-free.

We exist for couples who value honesty, fairness, and respect. For people who believe that love and planning belong in the same sentence.

Ryan Osbourne, JD.

Ryan is a collaborative family lawyer who believes in honesty, empathy, and making legal support feel accessible. After years in high-pressure litigation, he co-founded I Do Prenup to help couples skip the stress and protect their futures on their own terms.

The team started I Do Prenup after watching too many couples avoid important conversations because the process felt overwhelming or out of reach. Lawyers were expensive, timelines were stressful, and legal jargon made things worse.

So, we decided to fix it.

We built a guided platform that removes the confusion and delivers real legal protection, all online, all designed for modern couples. You can complete everything together or separately, review your draft in real time, and even add optional legal services if you need more support.
